Event Details

The NCCCS IIPS Fall 2011 Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Resort in Wrightsville Beach, NC, October 24 through October 26.

 

VENDOR INFORMATION

There are 4 scheduled refreshment breaks that will be served in the vendor exhibit area to allow vendors the maximum opportunity to be seen by conference participants.

Vendor check in and set up will begin at 10:00am on Monday, October 24, 2011 in order to be ready for the begin meeting conference attendees by 12:00pm. IIPS will provide overnight security for the vendor exhibit area from 4:30pm Monday through 7:30am Tuesday and 4:30pm Tuesday through 7:30am Wednesday; however, IIPS will not be responsible for any losses and/or damages that may occur. Vendors are encouraged to begin tearing down after the 10:15 break on Wednesday, October 24th.

We are trying to offer a vendor track this year, with 30 minute vendor presentations.

 

Sponsorship Information

The Fall IIPS Conference provides several opportunities to sponsor events that will be attributed to your company.  These sponorship opportunities include: 4 refreshment breaks, 2 breakfasts, conference lunch, Monday night social. Co-sponsorships are available. If interested, Please contact Cindy or Tara.

Standard Room Rate: $104 + state & local tax (14%).

Oceanfront Room Rate: $124 + state & local tax (14%)
